Kate is passionate about and specializes in working with teens and adults to heal from anxiety and eating disorders and break free from addiction and negative body image. Kate practices an integrative approach to psychotherapy. Her style draws on many different therapeutic modalities including but not limited to humanistic and strength based, psychodynamic, mindfulness, trauma informed and cognitive behavioural therapy. The most important aspect of Kate’s philosophy is to customize the treatment plan to each client’s unique needs and goals.
